By making a purchase on Flopackrc.com, you are agreeing to the terms stated herein; lost or misdelivered packages are the responsibility of the mail carrier, you must contact them for a solution.  If your delivery address is a Hub for another delivery destination, we will not be responsible for any damage or loss.  If you desire package insurance, you must contact Flopackrc.com BEFORE your order ships and request it, at your expense and your order total will be adjusted, which you will be responsible for.  Flopackrc.com will accept returns of unopened items in original packaging with a 10% restocking fee, only within 5 days of delivery.  Buyer must pay for return shipping.  Please research and be aware of what you are purchasing beforehand.

Due to the nature of the hobby, there is no warranty offered on electrical components, including batteries.
